  • Wages, Salaries, Dividends, reported Tips from any lawful profession or occupation
  • Alimony & Child Support 
  • Social Services / SSI
  • Section 8 Vouchers
  • Annuities & Pensions

** NOTE: Only verifiable income from persons over the age of 18 Years who sign the lease will be considered.


Income types considered

Must have a combined monthly gross income 3 times the monthly rent. Example if the rent is 750 it would be 750 x 3 = 2250. So your combined monthly gross income would have to be at least $2,250 or have a Section 8 voucher.

Applicants can have no convictions for illegal manufacturing or distribution of a controlled substance in the last 5 years.

Minimum two years of good rental history or a higher deposit is required.

Applicants must present a valid driver’s license or state issued photo ID, social security card and proof of income at time of application.

Application fee of $25, per application, for everyone 18 and over is due at time application is submitted.
